Processing Time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 3–7 business days after payment and order confirmation. Larger wholesale orders may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Sea freight — typically 25–45 days. Best value for large wholesale orders.
Air freight — typically 7–15 days. Faster delivery for urgent or higher-value orders.
Rail / land freight — available for certain routes; transit varies by destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking. For freight shipments, contact your account manager for the latest status.

Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can provide documents to assist with clearance.
