Wrong or Missing Items

If your order is incomplete or contains the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will correct the error as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility

Returns are generally accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Items must be unused, in original packaging where possible.
We may ask you to return the goods; the buyer covers return shipping unless we are at fault.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or made-to-order products, and items that are used or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5–15 business days after the claim is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
